摘要
在玻碳电极(GCE)上覆盖一层多孔石墨烯/金纳米复合材料,制备了一种简单、低成本、高灵敏度的电化学传感器应用于芦丁的测定。考察了沉积圈数、缓冲液pH值对芦丁反应的影响。采用差分脉冲伏安法在优化条件下,芦丁浓度在1nmol/L^1μmol/L和1μmol/L^10μmol/L范围内与其氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系,最低检出限为0.35nmol/L。
A simple,low cost and high sensitivity electrochemical sensor was prepared by covering a layer of porous graphene/gold nanocomposites on glassy carbon electrode(GCE)for the determination of rutin.The effects of deposition circle number and pH value of buffer on rutin reaction were investigated.Under the optimized conditions,the concentration of rutin has a good linear relationship with the oxidation peak current in the range of 1nmol/L^1μmol/L and 1μmol/L^10μmol/L,and the minimum detection limit is 0.35 nmol/L.
