摘要
目的:应用石墨烯修饰电极,建立一种快速检测胭脂红的电化学方法.方法:利用循环伏安法和交流阻抗法对石墨烯修饰电极进行表征.应用差分脉冲伏安法对胭脂红进行定量检测.结果:在最佳实验条件下对胭脂红进行检测,其线性范围为2.0×10^-6mol/L^26.0×10^-6mol/L,最低检测限为3.25×10^-7mol/L.结论:该方法具有操作简单、价格低廉、方便快捷等优点,适用于现场实时监测,实现胭脂红快速定量分析.
Objective:To establish a fast electrochemical method for the determination of carmine.Methods:The graphene modified electrodes were characterized by cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Carmine was determined by differential pulse voltammetry.Results:In the optimized condition,the current value changed linearly to concentration of carmine range from 2.0×10^-6mol/L to 2.6×10^-5mol/L with the detection limit of 3.25.0×10^-7mol/L.Conclusion:The advantages of this method including simple progress,low price,rapid and suitable for field detection.
