摘要
以美国财政资助专利为研究对象,对其资助机构、专利权人和技术领域的分布进行统计分析,并重点分析财政资助专利的引文特征。研究发现,财政资助专利与非财政资助专利和科学论文相比,财政资助专利与科学论文有着更高的科学关联性。为此提出我国应建立并完善财政资助专利的信息披露制度,促进基础研究尤其是应用导向的基础研究中的专利产出。
Taking the U.S.financial-funded patents as the research object,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the funding agencies,patent owners and technology fields,and mainly analyzes the citation features of the financial-funded patents.Compared with the correlation between,non-financial funded patents and scientific papers,the study finds out that financial-funded patents have a higher science linkage with scientific papers.Therefore,we should establish and improve,,the information disclosure system for financial-funded patents,and promote patent output in basic research,especially in application-oriented basic research.
