摘要
在高动态、恶劣温度环境下,微机电系统(MEMS)陀螺仪受温度变化的影响巨大。通过理论推导研究陀螺仪温度漂移的影响,并设计试验进行验证。根据试验结果建立温漂补偿模型,对陀螺仪温漂进行补偿,能够有效地改善陀螺仪测量精度。
The micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS)gyroscope is badly affected by the temperature in environment of high dynamic and abominable temperature.This paper studies the influence of temperature drift on gyroscope through theoretical deduction,and designs an experiment to prove it.According to the experimental results,a temperature drift compensation model is set up to compensate the tempature drift,which can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of MEMS gyroscope.
