微机电系统(MEMS)技术有小尺寸、多样化、微电子等特点,它将信息系统的微型化、多功能化、智能化和可靠性水平提高到了新的高度。MEMS做成的惯性器件(微加速度计和微型陀螺)以及MEMS在小型卫星、海陆空作战平台及信息传递、航空航天、生物医疗和医学等方面有广泛应用。
The characters of microelectro-mechanical system (MEMS) are miniaturization, multiplicity and micro electronics. The minisize, muhifunction, intelligentize and dependability of information system are improved. The inertial components, such as micro-acceleration and micro-gyro making use of MEMS technolgies is applied to minitype satellite, army campaign flat, aeronautics and astronautics, biology medical and medicine.
