摘要
文章通过比较2018年《国际图联0-18岁儿童图书馆服务指南》与2003年《国际图联儿童图书馆服务发展指南》,系统梳理与构建图书馆未成年人服务的理念体系——公平、多样和包容,数字素养和阅读推广理念,以加强对未成年人服务的指导作用。
In 2018,the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions published IFLA Guidelines for Library Services to Children aged 0-18,being a revision of Guidelines for Children’s Libraries Services.In the past 15 years,library services for juveniles have changed much,and many relevant concepts require further elaborations.Based on a comparison between the aforementioned two guidelines,this paper tries to construct a conceptual framework of library services for juveniles,in whichequity,diversity,inclusion,digital literacy and reading promotion are included.It also makes a survey ofthe evolution of such concepts,and discusses why libraries should embrace such concepts,as well as how libraries could implement these concepts.Such might be inspiring for future development of reading promotion among Chinese juveniles.
