摘要
国际图联发布《国际图联数字素养宣言》和数字素养资源包,推动图书馆关注并促进数字素养服务,在国际图联的引导下,图书馆数字素养服务渐入佳境,一方面关注弱势群体,弥合数字鸿沟;另一方面基于用户的数字需求,设计多元服务,并整合社区资源,有效满足用户需求,相关经验为国内图书馆开展数字素养服务提供有益借鉴。
International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions has issued the IFLA Digital Literacy Declaration and the digital literacy package to push the library to pay attention to and promote digital literacy service.Under the guidance of IFLA, the digital literacy service of the library is getting better.On the one hand, it pays attention to vulnerable groups to bridge the digital gap;on the other hand, it designs multiple services based on users' digital needs and integrates community resources to effectively meet users' needs.Relevant practice and experience provides useful reference for domestic libraries to develop digital literacy services.
