摘要
目的探讨基于发展性照护理论的临床护理路径对早产儿喂养不耐受及生长发育的影响。方法选择2017年7月至2018年12月我院收治的早产儿86例作为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组行常规护理,观察组采用基于发展性照护理论的临床护理路径,比较两组早产儿的喂养不耐受情况及生长发育状况。结果观察组早产儿喂养不耐受率低于对照组(P<0.05),生长发育状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于发展性照护理论的临床护理路径在早产儿护理中应用,可以改善其喂养不耐受状况,促进其生长发育。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway based on developmental care theory in feeding intolerance and growth and development of premature infants.Methods To select 86 cases of the premature infants admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was received routine nursing,and the observation group was used clinical nursing pathway based on developmental care theory.The feeding intolerance and growth and development of the premature infants in the two groups were compared.Results The feeding intolerance rate of the premature infants in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The growth and development of the premature infants in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of clinical nursing pathway based on the developmental care theory could improve the feeding intolerance and promote its growth and development in the nursing of premature infants.
