摘要
目的探讨鸟巢式护理结合俯卧位抚触对新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗依从性、疗效及睡眠质量的影响。方法选择2019年1月~6月在我院行蓝光治疗的新生儿黄疸60例为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理。干预组在常规护理的基础上给予鸟巢式护理结合俯卧位抚触。比较两组新生儿蓝光治疗依从性、临床疗效、治疗后血清总胆红素水平、睡眠质量。结果干预组完全依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后血清总胆红素水平均呈持续下降趋势,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组治疗1d、2d及3d血清总胆红素水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组显效率、总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组第1d、第2 d、第3 d平均入睡时间均显著短于对照组,第2d、第3d平均睡眠时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鸟巢式护理结合俯卧位抚触可显著提高新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗的依从性,改善治疗效果,提高睡眠质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of nest nursing combined with prone position touch on compliance,efficacy and sleep quality of neonatal jaundice treated with blue light.Methods A total of 60 cases of neonatal jaundice treated by blue light in hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the study object,and randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 30 cases each.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,the intervention group was given nest nursing combined with prone position touch on the basis of routine nursing.The compliance,clinical effect,serum total bilirubin level and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of complete compliance in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum total bilirubin level of the two groups showed a continuous downward trend after treatment,compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The level of total bilirubin in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate and the total effective rate of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average time to fall asleeping of the first day,the second day and the third day in the intervention group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average sleeping time of the second day and the third day in the intervention group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nest nursing combined with prone position touch can significantly improve the compliance of neonatal jaundice blue light treatment,improve the treatment effect and improve sleep quality.
