“全面二孩”政策的实施将对教育行业造成重要影响。随着这一代新生儿的成长,幼儿教师将率先迎接挑战:适龄入园幼儿数量的增加将加大幼儿教师的工作量;幼儿心理的变化将加快教育理念的更新;家长对“二孩”所受教育质量的高期望需要幼儿教师持续不断提升专业能力;社会的广泛关注更要求幼儿教师全面提升个人素质。在新形势下,探讨如何应对“全面二孩”政策所带来的一系列挑战显得尤为重要。
The implementation of the"Universal Two-Child"policy will have an important impact on the education industry.With the growth of this generation of newborns,kindergarten teachers will take the lead in meeting the challenges.The increase of the number of children entering kindergartens at the right age will increase the workload of preschool teachers;the change of preschool psychology will accelerate the renewal of educational ideas;parents'high expectations of the quality of education for"two-child"require that preschool teachers continuously improve their professional competence;and the widespread concern of society requires that preschool teachers improve their personal qualities in an all-round way.Under the new situation,it is very important to explore the strategies for preschool teachers to cope with the challenges of the"Universal Two-Child"policy.
