摘要
目的:构建基于CT图像后处理技术的人体血管三维图像数据库,用于观察其在影像解剖学学习中应用效果。方法:对照组为我学院2016级影像技术专业学生,使用解剖图谱等传统学习方法。研究组在学习中使用基于CT后处理技术的正常人体血管系统图库。两组学习结束后同时进行考试并填写调查问卷,进行统计学分析。结果:对比两组同学的成绩平均值,研究组学生的测试平均值为(82.59±4.28)分,明显高于对照组(71.45±3.78)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对降低学习难度、易于理解和记忆、提高学习兴趣、学习效率的提高、血管三维数据库的满意度进行调查,结果显示,研究组学习效果评分结果均优于对照组,各项评分结果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在影像解剖学学习中使用基于CT后处理工作站构建的人体血管系统三维图像数据库可有效提升影像解剖学中血管系统的学习效果。
Objective To construct a three-dimensional image database of human blood vessels based on CT image post-processing technology,and to observe its application in the study of image anatomy.Methods The control group is the students majoring in imaging technology of 2016 in our college,using traditional learning methods such as atlas of anatomical.The research group used the normal human vascular system library based on CT post-processing technology in their study.At the end of the study,the two groups were tested and filled in questionnaires for statistical analysis.Results Compared with the average scores of the two groups,the average score of the students in the study group was(82.59+4.28),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.45+3.78),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning effect in the group were better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences among the scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-dimensional image database of human vascular system based on CT post-processing workstation can effectively improve the learning effect of vascular system in image anatomy.
