三维重建结合供肝修整技术在肝脏解剖教学中的应用 被引量:1

Application of 3D Visualization Technology Combined With the Preparation of Donor Liver in Liver Transplantation in the Teaching of Liver Anatomy

摘要 目的探究现代三维可视化技术结合肝移植供肝修整的教学模式在肝脏解剖教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1—12月在武汉大学人民医院肝胆外科接受住院医师规范化培训(住培)的医师60名,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各30名。对照组采用国家统编教材结合传统多媒体教学模式进行肝脏解剖教学,研究组采取基于现代三维可视化技术并结合肝移植修肝现场指导肝脏解剖的教学模式,在武汉大学人民医院肝胆外科轮转结束后进行考核,比较两组学生的考核成绩及教学满意度评分。结果研究组学生对肝脏疾病的识别、解剖结构的辨识及理论考核总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学员在学习主观能动性、对手术方式的理解程度、对解剖结构的识别、记忆的难易程度及学习的依从性和学习满意度等方面的评分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论现代三维可视化技术结合肝移植供肝修整的教学模式可提升住培医师对肝脏解剖的理解和认识,提高其对肝脏影像学资料的阅片能力以及对肝脏手术方式的理解,有效提高教学质量、效率及满意度。 Objective To explore the application value of modern three-dimensional visualization technology combined with the preparation of donor liver in liver transplantation in the teaching of liver anatomy.Methods A total of 60 physicians who received standardized resident training in the department of hepatobiliary surgery of renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from January to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group,with 30 physicians in each group.In the control group,the traditional multimedia teaching mode was used to teach liver anatomy,while in the research group,the teaching mode based on modern three-dimensional visualization technology and on-site guidance of liver transplantation and liver repair was adopted.After the rotation of hepatobiliary surgery in Wuhan University People's Hospital,the examination results and teaching satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results The recognition of liver diseases,the identification of anatomical structure and the total score of theoretical examination in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group in learning subjective initiative,cognition of surgical mode,learning compliance,helping deep anatomical recognition,easy conversion to permanent memory and learning satisfaction,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model of combination of modern 3D visualization technology with the preparation of donor liver in liver transplantation can significantly improve students understanding of liver anatomy and improve the reading skills of liver imaging data,and understanding of liver surgery way,which can effectively improve the teaching quality,efficiency and satisfaction.
