摘要
目的探讨同期行TURBT及TUVP治疗非浸润性膀胱癌合并良性前列腺增生的有效性及安全性。方法选择74例非浸润性膀胱癌合并良性前列腺增生患者,根据手术方法的不同,分为观察组(35例)及对照组(39例)。观察组同期行TURBT及TUVP,对照组仅行TURBT术。观察2组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间、术后住院时间、术后膀胱肿瘤复发情况及术后并发症,分析观察组手术前后平均国际前列腺症状评分、平均残余尿量、平均最大尿流率。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间、术后住院时间均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。2组术后复发率及平均复发时间、并发症发生率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。观察组术后平均国际前列腺症状评分、平均残余尿量、平均最大尿流率较术前明显改善,P<0.05。结论同期行TURBT及TUVP不增加术后复发率及并发症,并能提高患者生活质量,对治疗膀胱癌合并良性前列腺增生安全有效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of TURBT and TUVP during the same period on patients with non-invasive bladder cancer combined with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 74 cases with non-invasive bladder cancer combined with benign prostatic hyperplasia were retrospective chosen,who were divided into the observation group(35 cases)and control group(39 cases)according to different surgery.The observation group were given TURBT and TUVP during the same period,the control group were given TURBT.The surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative bladder irrigation time,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative bladder tumor recurrence,postoperative complications of the 2 groups were compared,the average international prostate symptom score,mean residual urine volume,and mean maximum urine flow rate before and after surgery of the observation group were observed.Results The surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative bladder irrigation time,postoperative hospital stay of observation group were higher than control group,P<0.05,the recurrence rate and mean time to recurrence,complication rate of two groups had no significant difference,P>0.05;the average international prostate symptom score,mean residual urine volume,and mean maximum urine flow rate after surgery of observation group were better than before surgery.Conclusion TURBT and TUVP do not increase the recurrence rate and complications during the same period,which could improve the life quality,which is safe and effective in treatment of bladder cancer with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
