摘要
正己烷是现代工业生产过程中常用的一类有机溶剂,其具有高挥发性、高脂溶性。主要以呼吸道、皮肤等为媒介进入机体,对中枢神经系统产生毒性作用,还能刺激皮肤黏膜。近几年,与正己烷相关的职业性慢性中毒报道逐渐增多,引起了相关部门与社会群体的重视。应明确正己烷对机体健康形成的危害性,进而拟定相应的预防措施。
Hexane is a kind of organic solvent commonly used in modern industrial production process,which has high volatility and fat solubility.Respiratory tract and skin are the main media to enter the body,which has toxic effects on the central nervous system and stimulates the skin and mucosa.In recent years,more and more occupational chronic poisoning reports related to n-hexane have been reported,which has attracted the attention of relevant departments and social groups.To clarify the harmfulness of n-hexane to body health,and then to formulate corresponding preventive measures.
