摘要
对比分析了紫外法全自动分析方法与手动分析方法测定地表水中石油类物质。结果表明:全自动分析方法检出限低于手动分析方法,且准确度、精密度均优于手动分析方法,该结果满足地表水监测要求;与手动分析方法比较,全自动分析方法具有操作简单、分析效率高、危害小等优点,全自动分析方法更适用于实际工作中大批量低浓度样品分析监测。
Automatic analysis method and manual analysis method determination of petroleum oils in surface water were compared in detail in this paper by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results show that the detection limit of automatic analysis method is lower than that of manual analysis method;the accuracy and precision of automatic analysis method are better than those of manual analysis method;the results meet the requirements of surface water monitoring.The automatic analysis method is more suitable for analysis and monitoring of large quantities of low concentration samples in practical work due to its advantages of simple,high analysis efficiency and little harm.
