摘要
目的采用横断面方法调查某地区临床医生的心理健康状况,分析探讨人格、职业倦怠与职业生命质量关系及作用模式。方法对749名临床医生进行人格测试,并通过职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)和职业生命质量量表(QWL7-32)调查相关资料。结果在调查的临床医生中,40.2%的人有倦怠症状,临床医生的人格、职业倦怠对职业生命质量均有预测作用;临床医生的职业生命质量随倦怠水平升高呈下降趋势;性格对职业生命质量同时存在直接和间接效应,其中以神经质(N)的效应更为明显(-0.541)。结论该地区临床医生存在低职业生命质量和职业倦怠问题,人格特征对职业生命质量具有一定的预测作用,针对临床医生的心理干预可将人格特征纳入考量。
Objective Cross-sectional method was used to investigate the mental health status of clinicians in a certain area. To analyze the relationship between personality, burnout and occupational quality of life and the mode of action. Methods Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI-GS), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ-RSC), and Occupational Quality of Life scale (QWL7-32) were administered to 749 clinicians. Results 40.2% of the clinicians had slight burnout. Personality and job burnout can predict the occupational quality of life. Personality have both direct and indirect effects on occupational quality of life. Neuroticism have the strongest effect on occupational quality of life with effect size of 0.541. Conclusion Clinicians have heavier job burnout and lower occupational quality of life. Personality characteristics have a certain predictive effect on occupational quality of life. Personalized characteristics can be taken into account in the psychological intervention of clinicians.
