摘要
目的:了解放射技师职业倦怠现状,探讨职业倦怠的压力来源。方法:采用中国人职业倦怠量表(Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory,CMBI)和压力感知量表(Perceived Stress Scale,PSS)对354名放射技师进行职业压力源和职业倦怠调查,采用Spearman相关性分析和线性回归分析法探讨压力源对职业倦怠的影响。结果:放射技师的职业倦怠率为65.79%,重度倦怠率为5.93%;Spearman相关分析显示,情绪衰竭与压力源各维度呈正相关(均r>0,P<0.01);线性回归分析显示,压力源对情绪衰竭影响最为明显。结论:采用单次聚焦解决模式,从降低与情绪衰竭相关的压力源入手,可以有效缓解放射技师职业倦怠。
Objective:To analyze the current situation of occupational burnout of radiographers and discuss the stress sources of occupational burnout.Methods:A total of 354 radiographers were investigated on occupational burnout and occupational stressors with the CMBI and the PSS respectively.Spearman correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were used to explore the influence of stressors on occupational burnout.Results:The occupational burnout rate of radiographers was 65.79%,and the severe burnout rate was 5.93%.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the emotional exhaustion was positively correlated with stressors(all r>0,P<0.01).Liner regression analysis showed that stressors had the most significant effect on emotional exhaustion.Conclusion:It is suggested that single-focus solution mode should be used to reduce stressors associated with emotional exhaustion,which can effectively alleviate occupational burnout.
