摘要 为提高企业的生产效率,针对现阶段糖业生产连续性高,重复劳动多,劳动强度大等问题,建立了全自动包装码垛生产线系统,并阐述了系统的控制流程,同时采用HMI+PLC对系统进行控制。最后通过某糖厂的实际情况对原生产线进行全自动包装码垛生产线改造设计,并详细介绍了生产线关键控制逻辑。实践证明,该生产线运行平稳,能显著提升企业的自动化水平。 In order to improve the production efficiency of enterprises, aiming at the problems of high continuity, heavy repetitive work and high labor intensity in sugar industry at the present stage, an automatic packing and palletizing production line system was established, and the control flow of the system was described. At the same time, HMI+PLC was used to control the system. Finally, through the actual situation of a sugar factory, the original production line of automatic packaging and palletizing production line was reformed and designed, and the key control logic of the production line was introduced in detail. Practice has proved that the production line runs smoothly and can significantly improve the automation level of enterprises.
