摘要
目的探讨加急地黄饮子汤联合综合护理对阿尔茨海默病患者的疗效。方法150例阿尔茨海默病患者,随机分为对照组、观察组各75例。对照组口服盐酸多奈哌齐片及常规护理,观察组口服加减地黄饮子汤联合综合护理干预。比较2组治疗效果、HDS评分、MMSE评分、不良反应及ADL评分。结果观察组总有效率94.67%(71/75)明显优于对照组80.00%(60/75)(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组ADL评分、HDS评分、MMSE评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿尔茨海默病应用加减地黄饮子汤及综合护理的临床疗效较好,认知功能和生活质量明显改善。
Objective To explore the curative effect of urgent Dihuang Yinzi decoction combined with comprehensive nursing on patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods 150 patients with Alzheimer's disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given oral donepezil hydrochloride tablets and routine nursing, and the observation group was given urgent Dihuang Yinzi decoction combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. The therapeutic effect, HDS score, MMSE score, adverse reactions and ADL score were compared between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ADL score, HDS score and MMSE score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Dihuang Yinzi decoction combined with comprehensive nursing on Alzheimer's disease is better, and the cognitive function and the quality of life are obviously improved.
