摘要
综述了地黄饮子治疗老年痴呆的临床和实验研究概况。老年痴呆多见于老年人,主要表现为进行性不断加重的记忆力、计算力、语言表达能力的下降以及人格的改变,该疾病病位在脑,主要病机为肾精亏虚、痰瘀阻窍。地黄饮子是我国古代著名方剂,具有滋肾阴、补肾阳、化痰开窍的功效,符合老年痴呆的发病机制。近年来随着我国中医药事业的不断发展,大量的临床及实验研究均表明地黄饮子能有效防治老年痴呆。
The clinical and experimental research results of DihuangYinzi in the treatment of senile dementia were reviewed.Senile dementia is more common in the elderly,mainly manifested in progressive memory,computational power and language ability are decreased and personality changes.The disease is located in the brain,and the main pathogenesis is insufficient kidney essence and phlegm and blood stasis.Dihuang Yinzi is a famous ancient prescription in ancient China,which can nourish kidney yin,replenish kidney yang,resolve phlegm,and open cerebral orifice,which is consistent with the pathogenesis of senile dementia.In recent years,with the continuous development of Traditional Chinese medicine,a large number of clinical and experimental studies have shown that Dihuang Yinzi can effectively prevent and treat senile dementia.
