摘要
阐述了扫描式ICP-AES的组成结构及工作原理,确定了ICP-AES光谱仪硬件电路的设计方案。采用STM32F4xx作为核心控制芯片对高频发生器、光电倍增管、AD转换以及辅助装置进行控制,完成上位机通过控制总线对气体流量与温度进行采集与控制,按照不同功能对系统实现模块划分,并进行了详细介绍。
The STM32 F4 xx was used as the core control chip to control the high frequency generator,the photomultiplier tube,the AD conversion and the auxiliary device.The collecting and controlling of the gas flow velocity and temperature were realized through the control bus by the upper computer.Furthermore,the modules divided according to the distinct functions were introduced in detail.
