摘要
为了能够对环境质量进行更加全面、有效综合的评价,本文利用传感器技术和窄带物联网技术(NB-IOT)构建环境检测系统,采集特定时间内温度、甲醛、粉尘、湿度以及总挥发有机化合物等环境因素进行多传感器数据融合研究,同时利用两级并联型融合方式,对整个环境质量进行综合性评价,在融合前对所采集的数据进行中值滤波剔除,将受到外界干扰所产生的异常数据进行剔除,其次采用卡尔曼滤波算法,对多组同类传感器数据进行融合,最终得到最佳的同类传感器值,采用模糊综合评价方法,对融合后的各种异类传感器进行决策层融合,采用熵值法确定权重。
in order to make a more comprehensive and effective comprehensive evaluation of environmental quality,this paper uses sensor technology and narrowband Internet of things(NB-IOT)technology to construct an environmental detection system,which collects environmental factors such as temperature,formaldehyde,dust,humidity and total volatile organic compounds in a specific time for multi-sensor data fusion,and uses two-stage parallel fusion method.Make a comprehensive evaluation of the whole environmental quality,carry out median filtering to eliminate the collected data before fusion,and eliminate the abnormal data caused by external interference,and then use Kalman filtering algorithm to fuse multiple groups of similar sensor data,and finally get the best similar sensor value.the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to fuse all kinds of heterogeneous sensors after fusion.The entropy method is used to determine the weight.
