摘要
本文详细介绍了空调延时保护技术的电路原理、数据采样处理方法及实现步骤、查表数据建立过程及计算方法、以及提高定时精度的方法。攻克了掉电后再来电时室内机无法获得掉电时间长短的关键技术,使得当室外机断电时间超过给定值时,立即为室外机提供220V交流电,启动空调器工作;当室外机断电时间低于给定值时,只需再等待一定时间,其等待时间长短为给定值减去已经断电的时间值,之后,再为室外机提供电源,使室外机尽快正常运转,缩短可能的供电等待时间,既很好地保护了系统压力平衡,又起到了快速制冷、快速制热的作用。
This paper introduces in detail the circuit principle,data sampling and processing methods and implementation steps of air-conditioning delay protection technology,the process of establishing and calculating table-looking data,and the methods of improving timing accuracy.It overcomes the key technology that the indoor unit cannot get the power-off time when the outdoor unit power-off time exceeds the given value,so that when the outdoor unit power-off time exceeds the given value,it immediately provides 220V AC for the outdoor unit and starts the work of the air conditioner;when the outdoor unit power-off time is lower than the given value,it only needs to wait for a certain time.After subtracting the time value of power off from the given value,the power supply is provided for the outdoor unit,which can make the outdoor unit run normally as soon as possible and shorten the possible waiting time for power supply.It not only protects the pressure balance of the system,but also plays the role of rapid refrigeration and heating.
