摘要
提出一种改进富气压缩系统的新工艺———直接水冷法 ,可大幅度提高富气压缩机的入口压力 ,从而降低压缩机功耗 ,增大其处理能力 ,同时还可改善分离效果。以 1 50万t/a规模的工业装置为基准 ,模拟结果表明 ,与原流程相比 ,采用直接水冷法后压缩机入口压力可提高约 50kPa ,压缩机功耗降低 1 1 8%。
A novel process,direct water-cooling method,is introduced.It can greatly enhance the inlet pressure of rich gas compressor,reduce power consumption,increase production capacity,and improve separating effects.For an industrial unit of 1.5 Mt/a as a basic standard,simulation results indicat that the inlet pressure of rich gas compressor increases by 50 kPa and compressor's power consumption decreased by 11.8%,compared with the old process.
