摘要 针对2D25-115/10.23-BX型往复式抽气压缩机的负荷加载方式不平衡的运行特殊工况,以实际应用为背景,从载荷加载方式,低压瓦斯带液、瓦斯管网压力波动、轴承间隙与润滑油等方面分析了影响曲轴轴承失效的各种因素,并根据实践经验提出了缩减一、二级气缸直径,二级气缸加装干式活衬套以及飞轮增重等相应的解决对策。 Aiming at crankshaft bearing shell failure with the special working conditions of 2D25-115/10.23-BX type reciprocating compressor under unbalance loading, causes analysis from aspects covering loading mode, liquid carryover of low pressure gas, pressure fluctuation of low gas piping net, bearing clearance and lubrication etc. are expatiated based on actual application. Corresponding countermeasures including reducing the 1st stage and the 2nd stage cylinder diameter, adding dry detatchable sleeve and enhancing fly wheel weight etc. to the 2nd stage cylinder based on operation experience.
