摘要
针对往复式压缩机传统的旁路流量调节方式会导致压缩机实际效率降低的问题,在某加氢装置往复式新氢压缩机K2101A中采用余隙调节控制系统,将固定余隙改变成余隙容积连续可调的调节方法。使用结果表明,该方法操作简便,系统稳定可靠,实现了压缩机负荷在60%~100%的无级调节,每年可节约电能超过320万kW·h,节能效果显著。
compressor Bypass adju s, which lea sting method is a ds to the decrease traditionally way to regulate the flux of reciprocating of the actual energy efficiency. A new adjusting method, which adopts continuous regulating clearance-volume instead of the fixed clearance-volume, was applied in K2101A, the hydrogen compressor of a hydrogenation unit. The practical application results show that the clearance adjusting method has some advantages such as convenient operation, reliable stability, and remarkable energy-saving. The reformed compressor gets good performance with the stepless regulation in the range of 60% to 100% load, and 3 200 thousand kW ~ h of the electric power can be saved per year.
