摘要
介绍了往复式压缩机3种气量调节方式(旁路调节、可变余隙容积调节及HydroCOM无级气量调节)的原理、组成及控制系统,并在投用和节能方面进行了比较。结果表明:HydroCOM无级气量调节方式的调节范围大,节能效果显著,在乙烯、聚氯乙烯等化工行业及石油化工行业应用较为广泛。
The principles, compositions and control systems of three capacity control methods for reciprocating compressors, i.e. bypass control, variable clearance volume control and HydroCOM stepless capacity control, were introduced, and their application and energy conservation situations were compared. The resuks showed that HydroCOM stepless capacity control method had wide adjusting range and remarkable energy saving effects, and had been widely used in chemical industry and petrochemical industry, such as vinyl, PVC and etc.
