摘要
活塞式压缩机是石油化工行业中的高能耗设备.根据作用部位的不同,现今活塞式压缩机气量调节方法可分为4类.通过对其特点进行比较,可为生产中的合理选用提供参考.重点研究部分行程顶开吸气阀的时间控制方案,分析该调节系统的具体工作过程.通过实例,运用计算机仿真给出时间控制方案中吸气阀阀片和卸荷器的运动规律,并对卸荷器顶开力大小的选择、排气量与顶开力撤消之间的关系进行数学推导.研究结果将为该新型气量调节技术的开发和应用提供理论依据.
Reciprocating compressor is the high energy consumption equipment in the petroleum chemical industry. Gas regulation methods nowadays for the reciprocating compressor can be classified into four categories based on the different action parts. The feature comparison of these methods can provide reference for reasonable use in production. Time control program of the pressing-off suction valve during the partial stroke is focused on and the specific work process is studied. The movement law of the suction valve plate and unloader in the time control program are emulated through an example. Then, the selection of the open force and the relationship between displacement and withdrawal of the open force are deducted mathematically. The result provides a theoretical basis for the development and application of this new gas regulation technology.
