摘要
采用荧光分析法和失重法研究了AA6061铝合金在不同Cl-浓度溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,荧光分析法能够很好地监测铝合金的腐蚀过程,与失重法所得结果的趋势具有一致性。在含有不同Cl-浓度的溶液中,AA6061铝合金在浸泡初期,腐蚀反应速率较快;随着浸泡时间的延长,腐蚀反应速率逐渐降低。
The corrosion of AA6061 aluminum alloy in chloride solutions was investigated by fluorescence analysis and weight loss method.The results showed that the corrosion process of AA6061 alloy can be detected by fluorescence analysis effectively.The variation tendency of the corrosion rate derived from fluorescence analysis agreed well with that obtained by the weight loss method.AA6061 alloy had a higher corrosion rate at the initial immersion stages.The corrosion rate slowed down gradually in chloride solutions with prolonging the immersion time.The relationship between fluorescence analysis and weight loss method was disscused.
