摘要
目的探讨住院患者医院感染防控应用抗菌织物敷料联合荧光剂的价值。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月本院收治的住院患者356例,分为对照组和试验组,每组178例。对照组实施常规护理管理,试验组实施抗菌织物敷料联合荧光剂,对比两组患者医院感染发生率及床单元清洁合格率。结果试验组的床头桌、床头、床尾、床栏及设备带清洁合格率均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组患者呼吸系统、泌尿系统、皮肤及血液系统的感染发生率均显著少于对照组(均P<0.05),试验组患者感染总发生率显著少于对照组(5.36%比29.91%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院患者医院感染防控中应用抗菌织物敷料联合荧光剂,显著减少患者医院感染的发生,保证床单元的清洁,提高护理安全。
Objective To investigate the value of antibacterial fabric dressing combined with fluorescent agent in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in inpatients.Methods A total of 356 inpatients in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 178 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management,and the experimental group received antibacterial fabric dressing and fluorescent agent.The incidence of nosocomial infection and the clean pass rate of bed unit were compared between the two groups.Results The clean pass rates of bed table,bed head,bed end,bedrail,equipment belt in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the infection rates of respiratory system,urinary system,skin,and blood system in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the total infection rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(5.36%vs.29.91%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of antibacterial fabric dressing combined with fluorescent agent in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in inpatients can significantly reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection,ensure the cleaning of bed units,and improve the safety of nursing.
