摘要
根据结构Al合金在海洋环境中的腐蚀特点对现有的电化学和其它腐蚀测量技术进行了评价 ,着重介绍了利用荧光基化学传感材料进行结构Al合金的海洋环境腐蚀监测的方法 。
Structural Al alloys used in oceanic environment face serious corrosion conditions, which result in localized corrosion and corrosion fatigue,harm to safety and shorten the service life of Al alloys. So corrosion detection for structural Al alloys is an important topic in view of hazardness of localized corrosion.The paper describes the principle of some corrosion monitoring technologies and some of its initial applications, including their advantages and limitations. Fluorescent compounds as early warning detectors for corrosion of structural Al alloys is described in details. The principle and applications of fluorescence based chemical sensors for corrosion detection is introduced.
