摘要
采用液体成型RTM方法,分别选择I型模具和U型模具制造全尺寸的异型正弦波形梁零件,得出I型模具在模具合理性和气密性方面比U型模具更有优势,更适合实际生产应用。当模具结构、树脂材料确定后,影响树脂注射质量的主要因素是注射压力。当树脂注射压力选择0. 2~0. 3 MPa时,异型正弦波形梁零件的质量满足要求,树脂工艺性最佳,此时压力最适宜波形梁零件的树脂注射。
By using RTM method,I-shape mold and U-shape mold were selected to manufacture full-size abnormal shaped sine wave beam respectively by LCM RTM,and it is concluded that Ishape mold has more advantages than U-shape mold in terms of mold rationality and airtightness,and is more suitable for practical production. When the mold structure and resin material are determined,the main affecting factor of the quality of resin injection is injection pressure. When the resin injection pressure was selected from 0. 2 to 0. 3 MPa,the quality of the abnormal shaped sine wave beam meets the requirements,the resin process is the best,At this time,the pressure is most suitable for resin injection of the unshaped sine wave beam.
