环保型盐浴氮化对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢疲劳性能的影响

摘要 通过对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢进行环保型盐浴氮化处理,与现行盐浴氮化处理的氮化层硬度、深度、显微组织,及抗疲劳性进行对比试验,结果表明,经环保型盐浴氮化处理的1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢渗层组织更加致密完整,且具有较高的渗层硬度、深度和抗疲劳性。 The 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV nitrified by environmentally friendly chromium was compared with 1Cr11Ni2W2 MoV nitrified by existing salt chromium,to analyze hardness,depth,microstructure and fatigue resistance of nitrified layer. The results showthat carburized structure of1Cr11Ni2W2 Mo V nitrified by environmentally friendly chromium are denser and more complete,and has a high permeability layer hardness,depth and fatigue resistance.
