摘要
本文研究了1Cr11Ni2W2MoV 钢经1010℃淬火,在不同温度回火1.5 h 后的室温冲击韧性。发现该钢存在两个明显的脆性区。显微组织研究表明,第一个回火脆性区(450~550℃)与回火时二次硬化区相对应,这与 Fe_3C 型碳化物向 M_7C_3型碳化物转化有关。590~620℃脆性区为沿晶断裂,并发现在晶界上有磷的偏聚,为典型的可逆回火脆。570℃回火冲击功显著升高,其主要原因是碳化物均匀弥散分布在板条马氏体基体上,而杂质尚未发生偏聚。
The influence of tempering on impact toughness(IT)of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV martensitic stain-less steel has been studied.There are two obvious embrittlement zones in this steel after quen-ching from 1010℃ and tempering at different temperatures for one and half hours.Micro-analysisshows that the first embrittlement zone(450-550℃)corresponds to zone of secondary hardeningpossibly induced by transmformation of Fe_3C to M_(?)C_3 during tempering,and that the second em-brittlement zone(590-620℃)is a typical reversible tempering embrittlement existing as fractu-res along grains,and phosphorous segregation is found at grain boundaries.Superior impact pro-perry be obtained by tempering at 570℃ because of the well distributed carbide precipitats on thematrix of lath martensite and no segregation of impurities.
