摘要
研究了含Cr量高的马氏体耐热钢1Cr11Ni2W2MoV的碳氮共渗工艺.试验表明,对钢表面进行预活化处理,有助于碳、氮原子的有效渗入与扩散.平面试样经活化后进行气体碳氮共渗,可获得0.20mm左右的共渗层;活化后在含有添加剂的特殊渗剂中进行固体碳氮共渗,不仅能在平面试样上获得较好效果,也可在该钢的细孔及盲孔内表面实现满意的碳氮共渗.
This paper dealt with the gas and solid carbonitriding technology of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV martensite heat-resistant steel.It showed that surface activation before carbonitriding can greatly promote the effective diffution of carbon and nitrogen atoms into the substrate.A harder carbonitriding layer of about 0.2mm was obtained on the pre-activated planar specimens by gas carbonitriding,better results were achieved on both planar specimens and inner surfaces of blind holes by solid carbonitriding with special diffusive agents after surface activation.
