摘要
介绍了适用于较高温度及较高矿化度油田地层调剖 (驱 )需要的非离子聚合物PMN/BW弱凝胶类调驱体系。对PMN/BW弱凝胶类调驱体系的成胶性、粘度变化曲线、抗盐性及凝胶成胶后的热稳定性、成胶前后的抗剪切性等性能进行了室内评价试验 ,并在华北油田高 30 - 4 9高温注水井 (114℃ )进行了现场应用 ,结果表明 :通过调驱处理措施 ,不仅使该井的压力剖面得以调整 ,使主力吸水层得到控制 ,潜力层得到充分启动 ,而且整个井组也取得了明显的增油效果 ,8个月内累计增油 14 6 2t。
A kind of profile modification technology using weak gel of non-ion polymer, named PMN/BW, applicable in high temperature and high salt oil-field , some test results about the property of the gel system of PMN/BW in laboratory are discussed, including the property of gelent solution ,the change curve of viscosity, the resistance to salt and the tolerance to heat after gelling and the ability to resist the cut etc. Also the application results in Huabei oil-field of injection well Gao30-49(114℃) in Gao 30 zone are discussed. The local results show that both the profile of the injection well is modified, whose main drink layer is controlled, and latency layer is started up , and the production well group around achieved an evidence result of oil increasing, whose oil production is increased by 1462 tons during 8 mounths
