摘要
该文介绍了各种凝胶类堵水剂的组成,并针对高温高盐油田,研究了各种耐温抗盐凝胶体系在油田堵水中的应用,确定了各种凝胶体系的适用范围。当地层温度在80℃~100℃时,可选用生物聚合物和改性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶体系;地层温度在100℃~150℃时,常选用聚丙烯腈、木质素磺酸盐凝胶体系;地层温度大于150℃时,可选用聚乙烯胺和聚乙烯醇凝胶体系。对于有机交联体系,分子链中含有-NH2、-CONH2、-SH和-OH等基团,可用酚醛树脂和蜜胺树脂交联改性以提高其耐温、抗盐性能。研究表明凝胶类堵水剂对于高温高盐油田堵水有较好的应用前景。
The paper presents the composition of the various gel type water plugging agents. Application of various heatproof salt resisting gel systems to water plugging of high temperature high salinity oilfield has been researched. The suitable range of each gel system is determined. When formation temperature is 80℃ ̄100℃, the biological polymer and modified polyacry lamide gel systems can be chosen; When formation temperature is 100℃ ̄150℃, the polyacrylonitrile and xyloid sulphonate gel systems are usually chosen; When formation temperature is more than 150℃, the polythyleneamine and polyethylene alcogel system can be chosen. The molecular chain of organic crosslinking system contains -NH 2, -CONH 2, -SH and -OH groups. It′s heatproof salt resisting performance can be enhanced by crosslinking modification of phenolic resin and denseamine resin. The research showed that the gel type water plugging agent used for water plugging of high temperature high salinity oilfield has a better application prospect.
