孤东GO7-22X3255井组调剖方案设计及效果

摘要 油田注水开发中后期,受地层非均质性影响,注入水沿高渗透层突进,波及中低渗透层程度低,水驱开发效果差。对注水井的吸水剖面进行调整,可改善开发效果。针对孤东油田储量动用程度高、水淹严重、剩余油高度分散、稳产难度大的严峻形势,系统开展调剖技术提高采收率的研究。选定一个具有代表性的典型注水井组GO7-22X3255,以颗粒、凝胶、颗粒和凝胶为调剖剂,通过对调剖剂注入的质量浓度,注入速度和注入量进行调剖方案设计,比较了三种注入方案下的软件数值模拟结果与现场实际效果,得出对井组GO7-22X3255以注入颗粒质量浓度为3 mg/L时效果最理想的结论。 Due to the effect of formation inhomogeneity, the water breakthrough along high permeability layer always appears in the middle and later period of oilfield waterflood development. The low sweep efficiency in low and mid permeability layers can be seduced consequently. If water absorption profile of water injection well is adjusted, the exploitation performance will be improved in a period of time. According to the problems in Gudong oilfield such as high reserves produced degree, serious water-out, high dispersion of residue oil and so on, research on enhancing oil recovery by profile control technique was carried out. A representative water-injection well group GO7-22X3255 was selected as the research object, particles, gel or the mixture of particles and gel were used as the profile control agent, the profile control schemes with different injecting concentration, injecting velocity and injecting volume of the agent, were designed. Numerical simulation results and actual application results of the three kinds of injection schemes were compared. The results show that, for the well group GO7-22X3255,when injected particles mass concentration is 3mg/L, the effect is ideal.
