复合交联聚合物弱凝胶体系的研制与性能评价 被引量:19

摘要 由于弱凝胶调驱体系抗剪切性能弱而限制了其在油藏中的应用,以共聚物丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸/N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮为主剂,加入甲醛–苯酚复合交联剂和高温稳定剂,制备了调驱性能较好的弱凝胶体系。考察了聚合物质量浓度、稳定剂质量浓度、交联剂/聚合物质量比、交联剂配制摩尔比、温度、pH值以及矿化度对成胶性能的影响。确定了弱凝胶体系的最佳使用条件:聚合物AM/AA/NVP质量浓度2 000 mg/L,交联剂/聚合物质量比2/1 000,交联剂(甲醛/苯酚)摩尔比4∶1,稳定剂(硫脲)质量浓度100 mg/L,pH值为7,温度60℃。室内调驱性能评价表明,该体系具有良好的抗剪切性能,黏度保留率达到91.38%,同时封堵率在99%以上,突破压力大于7 MPa,并且还具有一定的选择封堵能力,剖面改善率达到80%以上。 The weak shear resistance of weak gel proifle controlling and lfooding system limits its application in reservoirs, we prepared a weak gel system with favorable proifle controlling and lfooding performance with AM/AA/NVP as the main agent and added Phenol-formaldehyde as cross-linking agent and temperature stabilizer. We studied the effects of polymer concentration, stabilizer con-centration, crosslinker/polymer proportion, crosslinker concentration, temperature, pH and salinity on the gelling property. The optimum conditions for preparing the weak gel system were identiifed as follows:concentration of polymer (AM/AA/NVP):2 000 mg/L;mass ratio of crosslinker/polymer:2/1 000;proportion of crosslinker (formaldehyde/phenol):4∶1;concentration of stabilizer:100 mg/L;pH of the system:7;and suitable temperature 60℃. The in-house evaluation on proifle controlling and lfooding performance shows that the system has good shear resistance, its viscosity retention rate is up to 91.38%, and its plugging rate is above 99%, its breakthrough pres-sure is greater than 7 MPa and has certain selective plugging capability, and the sectional improvement rate is over 80%.
