摘要
针对大港油田地质条件合成的TS-65型新型耐温抗盐聚合物,其由丙烯酰胺、具有支链构型的含-SO3基团的强极性单体和N-C12丙烯酰胺组成。采用低温下由无机氧化-还原引发体系和有机的偶氮类引发剂构成的复合引发体系,辅以非离子表面活性剂以及链转移剂的作用,使TS-65型聚合物的分子量大于106并具有良好的水溶性。试验研究表明,TS-65型聚合物较适应大港油田第一作业区的污水,聚合物具有良好的水溶性及增粘性。大港油田港东一区8-25-2井组TS-65型聚合物污水配制的现场试验取得了良好的增油降水效果,平均含水降低9.7%,增油达4174吨。
A new temperature - enduring and salt - resisting polymer TS-65 for DaGang oil field reservoir is introduced in this paper. This polymer consists of acrylamide; strong polarized monomer which include branched chain and -S03 ; and N-C12 acrylamide .By the initiating system which is composed of oxidation - reduction reaction ;azoamines and added nonionic surfactant and transfer agent in low temperature, the molecular weight of TS-65 polymer is bigger than 106 ,and this polymer has good solubility .The experiments show that TS-65 polymer has good solubility and high viscosity in productive water of the first factory in DaGang oil field. Through the productive water field experiment in the 8-25-2 wells of the first factory in DaGang oil field, TS-65 polymer has a good result of increasing oil production and decreasing water cut. Average water cut decreases by 9.7% ; the incremental oil is 4174 tons.
