光纤电压传感器中波片精度对测量影响的探讨

摘要 分析了根据晶体的电光效应制作的光纤电压传感器,当弱信号调制不能满足一定条件时,则输出光强调制波将出现失真,除线性项外还将产生大量的谐波分量,且这些谐波分量与所加偏置即λ/4波片的相位有关。借助贝塞尔函数展开式从中得到了弱信号调制的具体条件。 In this paper we analyse the distortion of the output modulated light signal in the fiber-optic voltage sensor that based on the electro-optic effect. If the signal modulation is too strong, Large amount of harmonic wave componets takes place, which causes the distortion of the light signal. We found out that these harmonic wave components are related to phase of a quarter waveplate. And we obtained the concrete condition on which the signal modulation is. considered to be weak by means of the unfold equation of Bessel function.
