摘要
本文定量地讨论了由设计误差、加工误差、测量以及客观误差引起的“多级”波片的相位延迟误差。并给定了全部误差的允许取值范围。
How to reduce the retandation error caused by design, polishment,measure-ment etc. in manufacturing of a multiple-order waveplate to a limited value is discussed quan- titively in this paper.
