摘要 感应式电导率传感器是最常用的钻井液电导率测量设备,在测量钻井液电导率时,钻井液温度对电导率传感器的测量影响很大,必须采用可行的方法进行电导率的温度补偿。神经网络补偿系统具有很强的非线性映射能力,适用于因果关系复杂的非线性系统,将其引入到电导率传感器的温度补偿中可以较好地解决电导率测量和温度补偿问题。利用该方法进行温度补偿,可使电导率传感器的测量精度和稳定性均得到较大幅度提高。 Inductive conductivity sensor is the most commonly used drilling fluid conductivity measurement equipment.During the measurement of fluid conductivity,the drilling fluid temperature has an enormous impact on the measurement of the conductivity sensors,certain methods must be used for compensating the conductivity temperature.Neural network compensation system has a strong nonlinear mapping ability,which is suitable for the complex causality of nonlinear system,when it is introduced into the temperature compensation of the conductivity sensor,it can get a better solution for the conductivity measurement and temperature compensation.By using this method to carry out the temperature compensation,the accuracy and stability of the conductivity sensors have a relatively large inprovement.
