摘要
随着人力资本在经济发展中作用的日益增大 ,人力资本的地区分布差异也越来越成为引起我国地区经济发展不平衡的重要因素。当前我国城乡之间、东西部之间人力资本存量比例不断扩大化 ,人力资本地区间配置的失衡现象甚至呈现出不断恶化的趋向 ,而这种现象对我国经济的均衡发展和持续快速增长极其不利。我们必须根据我国人力资本的城乡之间流动与配置、东西部地区流动与配置以及国内外之间流动等方面 ,来分析我国人力资本地区流动和配置的现状及其对经济增长的影响 。
The regional difference of human capital's distribution has been an important factor that causes the imbalance of regional economy in China as human capital plays a more and more important role in economic development. At present, the differences of human capital's capacity are increasing between urban and rural areas, east and west region, which will impair the balanced development and rapid growth of Chinese economy. This essay undertakes an analysis on the condition of human capital's flow and allocation in China and the impact on economic growth, and puts forward some countermeasures.
