摘要
我国人力资本产业配置结构由"一、二、三"型向"一、三、二"型演进,而高层次人力资本呈一、二、三产业递增配置态势;尽管人力资本平均水平逐步提高,但人力资本结构性矛盾依然存在。东、中、西部地区人力资本产业配置结构异速变动反映了区域工业化进程和人力资本产业比较优势有效开发利用程度的差异,在此基础上提出了相应的调控对策。
Chinese gross human capital industrial structure evolved from the "one.two and three" type to the "one. three and twon type with economical development , while advanced human capital increasing by degrees from the one,two to three industry. The human capital structural contradiction still exists, although the human capital average level is gradually rising. The human capital industrial structure evolved on the different speed in the eastern,middle and western part shows that the difference of regional industrialization and the validly exploiting level of the human capital industrially comparative advantage. Based on that, the article puts forward corresponding manipulative measures according.
