摘要
笔者通过在山西医科大学图书馆的大胆实践,提出图书馆新的定位、新的思路与新的管理方式,并阐述观念创新、管理创新对行为创新的影响,试图探索一条推动图书馆事业发展的新路。
Puts forward the new orientation, new thinking and new pattern for library administration in the new age through the daring practice in the library of Shanxi Medical University, expounds that the idea innovation and managerial innovation influence the behavior innovation and tries to probe a new way to promote the development of library undertakings.
