摘要
要树立和落实科学发展观,推进高校图书馆建设,就必须以科学发展观为指导,坚持以读者为本、坚持文献资源建设、重视馆员队伍建设以及坚持近期发展与长远发展相结合。文章从这四个方面论述了如何以科学发展观为指导推动高校图书馆事业全面、协调和健康地发展,并努力开拓高校图书馆建设的新局面。
In order to establish and implement the scientific concept of development, promoting the construction of university library, it is imperative for university library to take the scientific concept of development as the guide, persist in the reader-oriented, the construction of literature resources, emphasis on the building of staff team, and adhere to the combination of recent developments and long-term development. This article discusses how to promote the cause of university libraries to a comprehensive, harmony and healthy development under the guidance of scientific concept of development from these four aspects, and efforts to open up a new situation in the construction of university li- braries.
