摘要
随着高校扩招,读者人数和文献信息剧增,高校图书馆为了提高信息服务质量,普遍实行了开架借阅。但是,伴随着开架借阅,读者在图书馆享受自由权的同时,各种违章行为也相应增加,如窃书、撕页、污损、乱架等现象时有发生。本文分析了存在上述问题的原因,并提出了应对措施。
With the expansion of enrollment, readers and bibliographical information have greatly increased. In order to improve the service quality, open access system is widely apphed in college and university. However, with the open access system, misbehaviors, such as stealing book, tearing page, defacing and misplacing books, frequently increase correspondingly with readers＇ free enjoyment in hbraries. Causes of the above-mentioned problems are analyzed in the paper and corresponding coping measures are presented.
