摘要
计算机技术、网络技术、通讯技术的广泛应用,传统图书馆发展成为数字图书馆,这不仅对图书馆的信息管理与信息服务工作产生了全方位的影响,也对图书官馆员的素质提出了更高的要求。结合数字图书馆信息服务的变化和对馆员素质的要求,论述了提高馆员素质的应对策略。
With the wide use of computer technology,network technology and communicaton technology, traditional library has developed into digital libray,which not only produces an overall influence on library information management and service,but also a higher quality requirement for the librarians. Combined with change of digital library information service and quality requirement for the librarians, the corvesponding strategies for improvement of librarians quality are presented.
