摘要
食品中添加剂存在着一些对人体有害的物质,因此对食品中添加剂的安全检测就变得十分重要,而对食品添加剂的检测则需要一种快捷、准确、简单的方法来进行工作。离子色谱法能够在检测中起到很大的作用。本文主要对离子色谱测定食品添加剂的检测运用进行分析。
There are some harmful trace elements in food. Therefore, food hygiene monitoring has become very important, and the detection of food additives requires a fast, accurate and simple method to work. Ion chromatography can play a great role in detection. This paper mainly analyzes the detection and application of food additives by ion chromatography.
